Tasting notes:
It has a clean, bright salmon colour. On the nose it is a very fruity wine, with notes of red fruits, strawberries, redcurrants, cherries and stone fruits, such as peach and apricot. On the palate it is fresh, balanced, with a well-integrated acidity and an aftertaste of stone fruits (peach, apricot), with a mineral touch characteristic of our vineyards by the Mediterranean Sea.
Food pairing: light lunches or dinners such as pasta, rice dishes or fish. It combines perfectly even with light meats. Highly recommended for starters or desserts.
