VI REI CHARDONNAY
A selected grape harvest that took place aat the end of the month of august when the grape is at its perfect stage of ripeness.
Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatured.
Small aging on lees before its bottling.
Consumption temperature 8 – 10ºC.
Colour: Pale yellow straw color with goldfish reflects.
Aroma: White fruits aromas (apple, quince…), touch of tropical fruits such as pineapple and banana.
Taste: Very balanced with a wide amplitude.
Pairing: Recommended for pairing with fish, white meats, risotto and seafood.
