Return and refund policy

Only products that have not been used may be exchanged or returned.
Therefore, if you decide to return a certain product, you must ensure that the item or items to be returned are complete, in perfect condition, unused, with tags attached and original packaging.

If a customer is not satisfied with the item received despite the fact that the characteristics of the same match the description made in the product description, the customer has a period of 5 calendar days from receipt of the order to make a return. The shipping costs for exchanges or returns of articles are to be paid by the customer.

If the product arrives damaged by the carrier, the customer also has a period of 5 days to request a replacement at no additional cost. To do this you must first send an email to Customer Service informing the causes of the return, attaching the incident documentation from DHL and images of the damaged product.
