VI REI MERLOT
A selected grape harvest that took place in mid-September and early October when the grape is at its perfect stage of ripeness.
Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
Consumption temperature 16-18ºC.
Colour: Clear, brilliant and intense ruby red color.
Aroma: Wild fruits, berries and cherries aromas.
Taste: The Vi Rei Merlot red wine is a voluminous and sweet wine with a pungent acidity. It has a long finish.
Pairing: Perfect for pairing with red meats, cheese, chocolate and black olives.
