Tasting notes: Cherry red colour. Intense aromas of ripe black and red fruit, jam, with an assembled aroma provided by the wood. Long and polished on the palate, with a magnificent level of acidity, fresh, intense, good acidity, ripe tannin and integrated alcohol.

Food pairing: Red meats, ham, cured cheeses, stews.
