A selected grape harvest took place in mid-September and early October. The wine was fermented in stainless Steel tanks at controlled temperature and has been aged in American and French oak barrels.
At sight, a clean wine with a cherry-red colour with violet reflections.
Intense fruit aromas (raisins, cherry, prune, strawberry, raspberry, blackberry) and floral aromas (Iris, Violet and Carnation flowers).Taste
In palate, a silky wine with well integrated acidity, a moderate astringency originating from the tannins and a mineral touch coming from the terroir’s different salts. Every sip, with its enduring and long finish is a pleasant moment.
Serving temperature: 8-10ºC.
