Tasting notes:
Bigarreau cherry red, clean and bright. The aromas are dominated by macerated plum, kirsch, pepper, clove and smoke. In the mouth it is silky, voluminous, with a sharp but refreshing acidity. It has a long finish with a slight mineral flavour characteristic of this vineyard by the sea.
Food pairing: red meat lunches or dinners, Iberian ham, cured cheeses, dark chocolate or on its own.
