Fermentation took part in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
Consumption temperature 14-16ºC.
Colour: We find a clean and bright cherry red.
Aroma: It begins predominates the plum macerated kirsch type, freshly cut grass and evolves towards pepper and clove notes. It ends up with a slight mineral aroma characteristic of this vineyard located next to the sea.
Taste: It is presented as a silky, voluminous wine, pungent but refreshing acidity is also predominant. It has a long ending.
