The grapes are harvested manually in September. After a table selection the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
The wine has a lovely pale salmon pink rosé colour.
It is packed full of fresh strawberry and raspberry. Its natural fruitiness is underlined by an balanced acidity.
Vi Rei Select Rosado is noted for a mineral, refreshing taste and an elegant, dry finish.
A must for the summer barbecue or with light fish dishes with a serving temperature of 8-10 degrees.
