The grapes of Vi Rei Select Blanco come from selected vine rows and were handpicked at the end of August and early September. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures.
The wine is pale lemon with green watery glints and has a special clarity.
Vi Rei Select Blanco provides an exciting competition of citrus fruits such as grapefruit, exotic aromas of pineapple and stone fruit (mirabelle). A touch of melon can also be discovered.
This is absolutely delicious to the palete, taut and nervy with spectacular balance and drive. These two varietals seem to be made for each other.
It perfectly matches with fish, seafood and shellfish. But this wine will make also an excellent figure to light meats such as rabbit, roast chicken or veal. Serving temperature is 8-10 degrees.
